Marty Resnick has sold 3 houses for me – all in record time and at ask or close to asking price.  I would never trust anyone else.  When my parents and my brother each had homes to sell, I referred them to Marty and both also had terrific experiences and very fast sales!  My brother had a home that he’d tried to sell previously with another realtor, with no luck. After Marty got the listing, he closed a deal within a few weeks!  Likewise, my husband had a townhouse he needed to sell by the end of the year, and it was listed with a realtor he had used previously in Howard County.   After 3 months and lots of excuses - but no offers or interest – we feared we wouldn’t meet his end of year deadline. I convinced my husband to turn the listing over to Marty, who not only sold the house within the month, but, when the whole deal almost fell apart at the last minute because the buyer’s lender was dragging their feet, Marty was able to save the deal by hooking the buyer up with his lender.  Marty is THE BEST realtor – and deal closer.  I can’t say enough good things about him!!!
